Разрабатывает и устанавливает требования к членству субъектов субкультурного движа любительского или профессионального уровня в саморегулируемой организации, в том числе, требования к вступлению в саморегулируемую организацию представителей разных направлений (экстремальный спорт, музыкальная деятельность и далее по списку);
Осуществляет анализ деятельности своих членов на основании информации, предоставляемой ими в саморегулируемую организацию для возможного продвижения и реализации потенциала того или иного участника движения;
Представляет интересы членов саморегулируемой организации в их отношениях с органами государственной власти и органами местного самоуправления;
Организует профессиональное обучение, аттестацию членов Картеля или сертификацию произведённых членами саморегулируемой организации работ, услуг, таких например как аттестационные семинары по получению квалификации спортивных судей по сноуборду;
Обеспечивает информационную составляющую деятельности своих членов, публикует и ведёт промо поддержку деятельности членов.
В общем НьюКей Картель топит за своих в разных концах всех субкультурных движений, кроме совсем лютых движей, конечно. Развитие и рост каждого участника Картельного Сговора - это развитие всего Субкультурного Движения.
Self-regulating organization NewKey Kartel performs the following main functions for its Members of Shareholders and Riders:

Organizes professional training, certification of the members of the Kartel or certification of works, services, such as certifying seminars on the qualification of sports referees for snowboarding, produced by members of the self-regulatory organization;
Provides information component of the activities of its members, publishes and conducts promotional support for members' activities.
